AL Habib Asset Management Limited is a leading seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our team.
HR EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support in day-to-day HR functions, including:
- Recruitment, onboarding, and employee relation processes
- Attendance and leave management
- Maintenance of employee records and databases
- Administration of employee benefits and policies
- Coordination of employee training and development programs
- Preparation of reports and metrics
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
Location: Karachi – Head Office.
Compensation: Market competitive compensation package will be offered.
