Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing, right material/services (best value) from right source (reliability) having right quantity at right time.
- Responsible for sourcing, cost negotiations, credit term and buying of raw materials, consumable items, spare parts and etc.
- Ensure items are delivered in time and to the place required.
- Plan, source and develop new potentials suppliers/vendors for economical procurement.
- Close coordination with cross functionaries in reference to various deliveries and submission of delivery records.

We are looking for WAREHOUSE MANAGER:
Job Role:
Responsible for ensuring the efficient management and control of the Warehouse Operation whilst achieving agreed budgetary and service levels. Responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to feed business operations and customer demand.
Job Summary:
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice warehouse vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
- Must have complete knowledge of entire warehouse functions parameters
- Filling & issuing material according to departmental needs
- Ensuring accuracy of issuing material supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area.
- Monthly stock reconciliations, dispatches & distribution of items accordingly.
- Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements and customer deliverables
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
- Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with department strategy
Applicants Profile:
- Preferably below 43 years
- Should possess Master’s Degree in Business Management or Bachelors in Engineering
- A minimum 3 years’ experience in same capacity in manufacturing industry
- Should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, skills together with a positive mindset
- Must have an exposure and practical experience & knowledge of working in ERP/SAP in warehouse operations.
