We’re Hiring: Customer Experience Manager
Location: Dolmen Mall Lahore
Join Airlink as “Customer Experience Manager” for our upcoming Apple Mono Store, iSelect by Airlink where you will lead the planning and execution of exceptional in-store experiences, ensure premium service standards and build strong customer relationships.
Customer Experience Manager is responsible for:
- Lead and supervise the in-store customer experience team
- Coach and train Customer Experience Executives for service excellence
- Resolve escalated customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Set and track service KPIs, ensuring high-performance standards
- Ensure visual merchandising, store ambiance and cleanliness are on point
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide business improvements
- Collaborate with sales and operations to enhance customer journeys
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s\ Masters degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a customer facing and team leadership role (retail/electronics preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Passionate about customer satisfaction and team development
- Comfortable with tech products and consumer electronics

Customer Experience Executive is responsible for:
- Greet customers warmly and understand their needs.
- Guide customers through product features, offers and services.
- Handle queries, complaints and after-sales support professionally.
- Maintain visual merchandising and overall store cleanliness.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
- Support store operations, stock arrangement and daily reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail or sales (electronics/telecom preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of smartphones and smart gadgets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
