We’re Hiring: Head of Retail (Mobile)
Location: Lahore

Join Airlink as “Head of Retail” to drive end-to-end mobile retail strategy, manage cross-functional teams and deliver innovative solutions that accelerate business growth.

Head of Retail is responsible for:
Developing and leading the execution of Airlink’s national retail strategy to drive sustainable sales growth, market expansion and brand leadership across Pakistan.
Providing strategic oversight of all retail operations, ensuring operational excellence, scalability and consistency across company-owned and franchise outlets.
Defining retail performance frameworks, setting national sales targets and monitoring KPIs to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Building and leading a high-performing retail leadership structure, fostering a culture of accountability, performance and continuous development.
Overseeing inventory governance, aligning demand planning, optimizing stock levels and controlling shrinkage in collaboration with supply chain and finance teams.
Analyzing market intelligence, customer insights and competitor activity within the telecom and consumer electronics landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborating with marketing, brand and commercial teams to deliver impactful retail campaigns, product launches and in-store activations.
Ensuring compliance with corporate policies, retail SOPs and regulatory requirements while mitigating operational and financial risks.
Presenting retail performance dashboards, forecasts and strategic growth recommendations to executive leadership and contributing to overall business strategy.

Requirements:
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business or related field with 10–12 years of experience, including 6+ years in a senior leadership or department head role.
Strong understanding of telecom and consumer electronics retail operations, including smartphones, accessories and after-sales services.
In-depth knowledge of retail KPIs, sales forecasting, inventory management and merchandising standards.
Excellent leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
