Job Description:
AHMED FOODS is seeking a dynamic and experienced TSM to lead our sales efforts in the Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Lahore region & surrounding towns.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary focus: Establish sole distribution channels to effectively manage stock levels in-town.
Expand presence: Open outlets in surrounding towns, starting with Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Lahore.
Retail expansion: Establish Retail Sales Depots (SD) in Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Lahore.
Distribution oversight: Oversee Sole distributor and SD distribution networks, with hierarchy reporting directly.
Sales reporting: Compile and submit daily primary and secondary sales data to Head Office.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar senior sales role, preferably in the similar sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
