- Responsible for building maintenance of Adamjee House Lahore.
- Repair & Maintenance of AICL Branches.
- Follow-up all daily matter with Maintenance Staff.
- Processing of Invoices/payments of all Contractors & Maintenance Staff
- Dealing with Govt. Departments (EOBI & EPA)
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques through third party.
