ACT Polyols Private Limited is looking for the position of “Executive – Procurement” in its Supply Chain Department.

Job Responsibilities:

Procurement:

Implement procurement strategies for technical goods and services.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical specifications.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring optimal pricing, terms, and conditions.
Manage supplier relationships, performance, and compliance.
Ensure that goods and services are procured efficiently, suppliers are paid on time, and all processes adhere to company policies and financial regulations.
Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Planning:
Develop and maintain comprehensive procurement plans, aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast demand and manage inventory.
Analyze supply chain risks and advice line manager to develop mitigation strategies.
Implement and manage inventory management systems.

Location: Clifton, Karachi
Qualification: Bachelors in Engineering, (MBA/ Masters Preferred)
Experience: 1-2 Years of experience in planning & procurement function.

Skills:

Technical knowledge of procurement and planning principles.
Good negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Well versed in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Keen analytical and data management skills.
