- Develop orders to customers
- Conduct store checks and go on field visits with the sales representatives
- Facilitate daily tasks of sales representatives by cooperating with other departments
- Monitor cash collection and ensure that all account collections are met as per policy and guideline
- Verify proper claiming and spending of the different offers and incentives and support the preparation of the section’s budget
- Develop and maintain strong and positive working relationships with customers

To manage the procurement function in order to ensure that the purchase requisitions are processed efficiently at competitive terms to meet the company’s specifications and requirements and to further contribute to the achievement of the company’s business objectives
Job Information
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Purchasing business unit providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standard
- Liaise with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow of interactions
- Manage and co-ordinate the activities involving the identification and establishment of local, regional and international supply sources in order to identify the most competent vendors
- Control and approve purchase orders as per the authority matrix to ensure accuracy and quality of orders prior to forwarding them to higher management
- Monitor/assess performance and build relationships with key, competent and reliable suppliers in order to leverage Abudawood’s position in securing high quality, cost effective and timely delivery which meets the company expectations
- Develop and assess the current procurement procedures to avoid long processes and ensure efficiency and smooth work processes
