Faysal Bank Ltd Jobs November 2018: Hiring Head Information Security – Program Management & Governance for Faysal Bank, Karachi.

Duties include:

Manage the program management & governance aspects of the Information/Cyber security framework as per SBP guidelines.
Develop & maintain IS policies, procedures & baseline standards.
Liaise with external & internal reviewers (SBP inspection teams, external auditors, IAD & ICU etc.) as well as consultants & vendors.
Assist the CISO in the development of compliance programs in coordination with relevant stakeholders for the IS polices & standards as well as budget management of CAPEX & OPEX.

Requirements:

5 to 7 years of experience; covering areas of Governance & Compliance Management in a Technology or Security environment.
Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
Certifications in Information/Cyber Security will be an advantage.
Detailed understanding of IS principles & concepts.
Sound knowledge of pertinent SBP regulations & international standards (e.g. ISO 27001, PCI DSS, & COBIT etc.)

Hiring Officer Credit Administration – Business Transformation Project for Faysal Bank, Karachi.
Responsibilities:
– Perform analysis of upcoming new products, changes in the existing products & launching of variants related to fresh business requirements.
– Conduct training sessions for respective CAD users & perform/coordinate UAT for BTP.
– Actively participate in the BTP underway for conversion of conventional assets into Islamic mode.
– Review policies & procedures for necessary updation & changes as per the requirements.
– Develop coordination with various departments for resolutions.
– Reduce complexity & increase standardization of current processes/ workflow.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s in Computer Science.
– Sound analytical skills.
– Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
– Proficient in MS Office.
– Gender: Preferably male.
