Job description
- Develop Retail Sales plans in accordance with company’s strategies and to ensure the implementation of the plans to achieve the overall sales objectives.
- Develop Marketing plan and implement locally through the marketing team in line with the overall Jotun marketing strategy, keeping in view the local dynamics of the market and consumer behavior.
- Develop Brand Awareness through marketing interventions based on regional policies to create competitive advantage for development and growth of Jotun Paints business in Pakistan.
- Ensure customer satisfaction (dealer & consumer) by keeping close liaison with them through sales team by handling complaints, developing execution plan for business growth, in time deliveries, back-end selling and support. to ensure Jotun is perceived as a professional & preferred player in the market.
- Develop the sales team on new concepts as per the job requirement as well as contribute simultaneously in employees’ personal growth and own personal development to ensure organic growth. Apply
