Muller & Phipps Pakistan Jobs Retail Manager:Muller & Phipps Pakistan is looking for Retail Manager for its Telecom Business based at Head Office Karachi.
Qualification: Graduation / Masters Preferred.
Experience Required: 6-8 years’ experience
Job Description:
- To Manage Mono Brand Store Project from Project Execution to Project Sales Operations (End to End).
- To Manage Store Sales Operations (Including but not limited to: Product assortment, Display Quality and KPI Management, Inventory Management on Store levels, Close Coordination with Store Managers Merchandising and BTL Upgrades).
- To Achieve Monthly Volume and Value Target’s (related to Mono Stores) and Maintain Sell-Out on Stores at desired level.
- To Manage and Deliver Sales Trainings to Store Manager’s and Sales Promoters on Quarterly Basis.
- To Maintain Relationships with Third Party Accessories vendor’s for ordering and Inventory Management for Mono Stores , as well as Marketing Vendors for BTL Execution in Channel.
