The Hunar Foundation THF Jobs Assistant / Deputy Manager:The Hunar Foundation (THF) is looking to hire “Assistant / Deputy Manager – Quality Assurance Department” for corporate office in Karachi. Candidate should have Bachelors in any relevant field (e.g. B.Engg, B.Tech, BSc, BEd.) preferably with a blend of Technical and Academic background and Master’s Degree in Education Planning / Quality Management or equivalent. The incumbent should have 3-8 years of progressive experience in Academics Quality Management (e.g. Monitoring & Evaluation, Academic Audits, Quality manual / SOPs Development, Statistical Quality Control, Implementation of ISO standards and MIS Deployment – ERP/SIS) preferably in Conventional Education, Vocational Technical Education Sector. Should be able to work independently, a result oriented professional with organized personality, knowledge of academic management systems, Lead Auditor Certification would be a plus. Should be proficient in MS office and have strong communication skills.
