Under direct supervision, provides accurate and prompt response to a wide range of HR deliverables relating to Onboarding, Data Management, HRIS, and Benefits.
Confident and timely communicator to resolve inquiries via telephone, e-mail or in person. Assures organizational goals are met by consistently following approved processes. Track all employee contacts and follow-up on transfers to assure satisfactory resolution. Serves as a first level contact for most HR administration issues. Processes simple personnel actions and ensures data integrity is maintained.
Refers issues that require specific, in-depth knowledge to the HR Manager.
After successful completion of this internship (4 – 8 weeks), a long term role may be offered in the near future.
