POSITION: ASSISTANT MANAGER – MAINTENANCE

DEPARTMENT: MAINTENANCE

LOCATION: PORT QASIM – KARACHI

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance preferably in an automotive manufacturing plant
• Hands-on experience in maintenance of production machinery and pneumatic / hydraulic systems, and HT/LT
• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or DAE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown handling
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff and ensure smooth plant operations

REQUIREMENTS

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in automotive paint system, preferably heavy vehicles plant
• Strong knowledge of automotive Stoving paint / ED Line and overall paint shop system with team management skill
• Qualification: DAE / B-Tech / Graduation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily paint shop operations
• Monitor ED Line and Stoving paint process
• Ensure quality standards and safety compliance
• Lead and train paint shop team
