Premium Textile Mills Ltd. is a leading textile manufacturer with over three decades of industry excellence. We are a publicly listed company with a strong focus on international markets, exporting premium quality yarn and socks worldwide. Our Socks Division is a key contributor to the company’s profitability, operating a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Nooriabad equipped with advanced machinery and utility systems.

Position Overview: Premium Textile Mills is seeking a technically strong and proven Head of Quality to lead the quality function at our spinning factory in Nooriabad, Pakistan.

We manufacture Premium Spun Yarn — Melange, RG (Ring-spun), Polyester, Cotton, Autocoro, Ring, Siro, and Fiber yarn — & need a quality leader who can set benchmarks, not just follow them.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end quality for the spinning division — from raw fiber intake to finished yarn dispatch.
Set and enforce quality parameters and benchmarks across all yarn types
Implement and maintain QMS (ISO 9001 and customer-specific standards)
Lead in-process and final inspection, driving defect reduction and improved complaint rates
Analyze Uster / Classimat / AFIS data and convert findings into process improvements
Lead root cause analysis for yarn defects — neps, thick/thin places, unevenness, contamination
Oversee fiber testing, CSP analysis, and yarn parameter validation
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and procurement for consistency and traceability
Manage customer complaints, audits, and third-party inspections
Lead, train, and mentor the quality team

What We’re Looking For

10+ years spinning mill quality experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Deep expertise in Ring, Siro, and Autocoro (open-end) spinning
Deep knowledge of at least 3 of our yarn types (Melange, RG, Polyester, Cotton blends, Fiber yarn) working knowledge of the rest
Mastery of quality parameters: Count, CSP, Uster CV%, IPI, Classimat, neps, hairiness, elongation, contamination
Hands-on ISO 9001 QMS ownership and customer audit experience
Proven track record setting and achieving international benchmarks (Uster Statistics or equivalent)
Strong data analysis and root cause problem-solving skills
Demonstrated leadership and team development ability

Preferred (trainable/substitutable):
