JOB OPPORTUNITIES: Applications are invited from interested candidates for recruitment on contract basis for the Project Management Unit (PMU) for the project titled “Lahore Wastewater and Drainage Management Project (LW&DMP) – Sewerage System from Lahore Colony to Gulshan-e-Ravi Lahore (Through Trenchless Technology)” to be funded by Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).

The required Qualification for each post is mentioned hereunder:-

1. Assistant Manager (Civil) (PPS-8)

No. of Posts: 01
Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years
Qualification & Experience: B.S or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized university registered with PEC with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

2. Assistant Manager (Electrical) (PPS-8)

No. of Posts: 01
Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years
Qualification & Experience: B.S or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from HEC recognized university registered with PEC with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

3. Assistant Manager (Mechanical) (PPS-8)

No. of Posts: 01
Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years
Qualification & Experience: B.S or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from HEC recognized university registered with PEC with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

4. Assistant Manager (Legal) (PPS-8)

No. of Posts: 01
Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years
Qualification & Experience: LLB / LLM from HEC recognized university and registered with the Punjab Bar Council having a minimum of 6 years of practicing experience in higher courts or public/private organizations.

5. Sub Engineer (PPS-6) Civil & 1 Electrical / Mechanical

No. of Posts: 02
Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years
Qualification & Experience: DAE in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the public or private sector.

6. Accounts Assistant (PPS-5)

No. of Posts: 01
Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years
Qualification & Experience: B.Com from HEC recognized university with at least 3 years of relevant experience in financial management.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Interested candidates should apply for the above-mentioned positions only through the online Job Portal Website (www.jobs.punjab.gov.pk).

2. Last date for submission of applications is 22.11.2026. Applications received after the deadline will not be entertained.

3. The positions mentioned above will purely be on contract basis. Age of the candidate will be calculated from the date of birth mentioned in the Matriculation/O-Levels Equivalence Certificate.

4. The selected candidates shall not confer any right for regular appointment as the hiring against said posts will be made purely on a contract basis.

5. In case the secondary school certificate does not bear the date of birth, the same shall be calculated from CNIC / Birth Certificate of the candidate.

6. Degrees / Qualifications must be recognized by HEC Pakistan.

7. Registration from PEC is mandatory where applicable.

8. Employees of Government/ Semi-Government /Autonomous bodies shall apply through proper channel and will be required to present NOC from the competent Authority at the time of the Interview.

9. No TA/DA will be admissible.

10. Date, time, and place of the interview will be informed to the top shortlisted candidates.

11. Decision of the Selection Committee will be final and not be challengeable in any Court of Law.

12. WASA Lahore reserves the right to withhold the recruitment process at any stage.

13. Age will be reckoned on as the Closing Date fixed for receipt of applications.
