Position: Operations Manager – Flexible Packaging
Location: Fatima Packaging Limited – Sadiqabad

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end flexible packaging production to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
Oversee the operation of Rotogravure Printing, Solvent-Based Lamination, Slitting, and Core Cutting machines.
Supervise pre-press activities, including artwork, cylinders, inks, and film preparation.
Ensure compliance with quality standards by monitoring print quality, surface tension, and COF.
Drive process improvements, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize machine efficiency.

Qualification & Experience

B.E. in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant industry, including at least 3 years in a senior role

Position: Assistant Manager IT – Software Development
Location: Fatima Group Multan Office – Trust Plaza

Key Responsibilities

Oracle EBS R12: Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, concurrent programs, value sets and flexfields.

PL/SQL Development: Build and optimize packages, procedures, functions, views, triggers and SQL queries.

Reporting & APEX: Develop BI/XML Publisher reports, Oracle Reports, APEX applications, forms, dashboards and interactive reports.

Integrations & Workflows: Maintain Oracle APIs, interface/staging tables, workflows, approvals and notifications.

Technical Support: Analyze requirements, prepare technical specifications, troubleshoot application errors and resolve data discrepancies.

Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing, support UAT, deploy approved changes, maintain documentation and coordinate with functional teams and DBAs.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology.

4-7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical development.

Key Responsibilities

Support HR business partnering activities and align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Assist in performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning.

Address employee queries, workplace concerns, and employee relations matters.

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and internal talent movements with Talent Acquisition.

Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and organizational development initiatives.

Position: Assistant Manager – Internal Audit
Location: Fatima Group Multan Office – Trust Plaza

Key Responsibilities

Conduct pre-audit reviews of petty cash, store and spare purchases, cotton procurement, LTF/STF mark-up workings, and PR cases across RWML units.

Review scrap and waste records against SOPs, prepare monthly checklists, and verify committee compliance.

Analyze lot-wise cotton trash and moisture deductions, verify purchase invoices, and coordinate ERP-based AP report improvements.

Ensure compliance with audit checklists, SOPs, Group policies, and HR audit requirements within RWML.

Conduct site visits for physical verification of stocks, stores, spares, cotton godowns, petty cash, and dyeing units.

Support COSO-based risk management and ERM, including pre- and post-audit reviews.

Drive audit analytics, industry benchmarking, process improvements, policy development, and audit reporting.

Qualification & Experience

CA Finalist/ ICMAP/ ICWA/ ACCA/ CIMA/ MBA (A&F)

5 – 8 years of experience, preferably in Weaving, Spinning, Sugar manufacturing setup.

Position: Head of Marketing & Sales – Fatima Steel Limited
Location: Fatima Group Multan Office – Trust Plaza

Key Responsibilities

Develop market strategies, annual sales budgets, volume plans and revenue targets.

Analyze regional demand, competitor pricing, market trends and infrastructure opportunities.

Build and manage dealer and distributor networks, territories, credit limits and performance targets.

Drive institutional and B2B sales growth through strategic acquisition, development and retention of key accounts.

Manage pricing, discounting, sales margins, credit terms, receivables and collections in coordination with Finance.

Lead brand positioning, trade marketing, customer engagement, digital channels and dealer relationship management.

Coordinate with Production and Quality Control to align product mix, quality standards and customer requirements with market demand.

Lead and develop sales and marketing teams, ensuring target achievement, effective performance management and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
