Onederland – Lucky Entertainment Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and safety-focused Technical Manager to lead the park’s technical team and ensure the seamless, safe operation of all rides, attractions and technical systems.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: Technical Manager

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Lead and manage a team of technicians, and electricians, maintenance workers, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
Providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team performs effectively and efficiently.
Managing technical projects related to the development, installation, or renovation of rides and attractions. This includes coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage the scheduling and execution of routine maintenance tasks, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety regulations.
Supervise repairs of rides, attractions, shows, and technical systems, coordinating with external vendors as needed.
Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Maintain detailed documentation on all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for maintenance and repairs.
Manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
Develop and implement safety procedures for all technical operations and maintenance activities.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Foster a culture of safety within the technical team, ensuring all staff prioritize safety in every task.
Work closely with park safety personnel to ensure guest safety is always paramount.
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and safety protocols in the amusement park industry.

𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the maintenance and operation of amusement park rides, attractions, or similar complex machinery.

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

-In-depth understanding of ride mechanics, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and safety protocols.
-Experience with computerized ride control systems and troubleshooting is a plus.
-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
-Strong analytical and decision-making skills
