Engro Fertilizers is hiring a Factory Manager, based at Daharki.
The role involves maintaining industrial peace, leading union negotiations, ensuring compliance with labour laws and agreements, overseeing payroll and benefits for NMPT staff, and managing labour-related cases and risks. Key responsibilities also include developing Industrial Relations (IR) policies, guiding departments on personnel matters, and strengthening the team’s knowledge of applicable labour laws.
Requirements: A master’s degree in Human Resources or Public Administration is required. A law degree is preferred.
Job Summary: Key responsibilities include maintaining industrial peace, guiding supervisors on workplace safety and employee induction, leading union negotiations, ensuring compliance with labour laws and agreements, overseeing payroll and benefits for NMPT staff, monitoring labour-related cases and risks, improving processes and tracking mechanisms, and enhancing the team’s knowledge of applicable factory acts and labour laws. The role also involves contributing to the development and implementation of Industrial Relations (IR) policies and practices, providing professional guidance to departments, and leading the Personnel and IR section at the plant.
