At ECS, we believe in empowering people through technology and support. We’re looking for a hands-on IT professional to join our team at Head Office and support our growing retail network.
Location: Head Office
Experience: 2–3 years of basic IT experience
Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field
What You’ll Do
- Supervise IT and networking activities at new store and renovation sites.
- Manage CAT6 cabling, termination, labeling, testing, and network cabinet installations.
- Verify network layouts, data points, CCTV points, internet-based voice connectivity, and IT cabinet setups.
- Support basic configuration and troubleshooting of switches, Wi-Fi, CCTV/NVR, and firewalls.
- Provide IT and network support to Head Office, Warehouse, and 100+ stores.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Maintain documentation of network infrastructure and completed projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, switches, Wi-Fi, and structured cabling.
- Willingness to travel to stores and project sites as required.
- Fresh graduates with strong practical networking knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
- Ideal Candidate: Someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, is comfortable with field visits, and can deliver reliable day-to-day IT support.
