We’re hiring!

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Import Executive (Post-Shipment) to join our team in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.

This role is ideal for a professional with 1–3 years of relevant experience in managing end-to-end import operations, import documentation (LC/TT, BL/AWB), customs clearance, and logistics coordination, along with strong negotiation skills and proficiency in SAP Business One (or other ERP software) and MS Excel.

If you are well-organized, have strong communication skills, and are capable of coordinating effectively with international suppliers, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and banks in a fast-paced corporate environment, we’d like to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end import operations from order placement to delivery
Prepare & verify import documentation (invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, certificates & customs documents)
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, clearing agents, banks & shipping lines
Handle import LC, TT & banking documentation
Coordinate customs clearance & ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate import records, shipment schedules & documents
Monitor freight, customs duties, taxes & other import-related costs
Ensure compliance with import regulations & company procedures
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Warehouse & technical teams
Prepare regular reports on shipment status & import costs
Proficiency in SAP Business One (SAP B1) or other ERP software, along with MS Excel skills is required.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, Finance or related field
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of import documentation, LC/TT, customs clearance & logistics
Experience with freight forwarders, clearing agents, banks & international suppliers
Strong communication, coordination & negotiation skills
Experience in engineering, industrial, electrical/electronics, automation or trading companies will be an advantage
