Sadaqat Limited is looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗥 (Spinning HR & Admin | Spinning Mills)!

If you have 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with 2–3 years specifically managing HR operations in a Textile Spinning Plant or large-scale manufacturing facility—along with strong expertise in shift-based labor management, compliance (EOBI, SESSI, BSCI, SEDEX), workforce discipline, and worker welfare standards—and hold an MBA in HR, MHRM, or an equivalent Master’s degree—we want to hear from you!

ASSISTANT MANAGER HR

Spinning HR & Admin (HRM) | Spinning Mills

Required Qualification

• MBA in HR, MHRM (Master of Human Resource Management), or an equivalent Master’s degree in Social Sciences or Business Administration.
• Strategic certifications in labor laws, employee relations, or SHRM/HRCI credentials are highly preferred.

Experience

• 4 to 6 years of progressive HR experience.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of dedicated HR operations management experience specifically inside a Textile Spinning Plant or large-scale manufacturing facility. Deep familiarity with shift-based labor management is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations, workforce discipline, and employee grievances across all spinning plant shifts.
• Oversee shift rosters, attendance, overtime, leave management, and contractor labor deployment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, minimum wages, EOBI, SESSI, and social compliance standards.
• Handle disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, show-cause notices, and legal documentation.
• Maintain HR records for BSCI, SEDEX, and customer compliance audits.
• Recruit, test, and hire skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers, along with plant executives and engineers.
• Monitor labor turnover and implement employee retention strategies.
• Enforce EHS, PPE, accident reporting, and worker welfare facility standards.

DEPUTY MANAGER AUDIT

Internal Audit (Audit & Risk) | Head Office

Required Qualification

• CA (Inter) / ACMA / ACCA / MS in Finance or equivalent professional degree.
• Certification as a CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) is highly preferred.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in internal or external auditing.
• Prior experience working within a reputable manufacturing organization (preferably textile) or a top-tier audit firm is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop risk-based internal audit plans and assess departmental risks.
• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits in line with professional standards.
• Evaluate internal controls, accounting procedures, and SOPs.
• Prepare audit working papers and reports highlighting findings and risks.
• Discuss audit findings and recommend corrective actions to management.
• Monitor CAPA implementation and ensure timely resolution of audit observations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax laws, and corporate policies.
• Identify operational weaknesses, investigate irregularities, and recommend fraud prevention measures.
• Conduct special audits and investigations as assigned by senior management or the Audit Committee.
