We are hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst!
Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited, a pioneer in Pakistan’s food manufacturing industry, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team in Lahore.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process vendor invoices using 3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice).
- Prepare payment requests and supporting documentation accurately.
- Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Record supplier advances and support adjustment and recovery.
- Verify employee expense claims and reimbursement requests.
- Assist auditors by providing required AP documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- ACCA affiliate or equivalent qualification required.
- 1–3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- SAP ERP knowledge preferred for this role.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills essential.
