Sadaqat Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 (𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁).

Required Qualification

B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Applied Chemistry or a relevant discipline.
Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

Experience

5-8 years of relevant experience in textile/knit or woven processing, with a focus on printing (rotary, flatbed or digital).
At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and manage all printing operations (rotary, flatbed, digital) in line with production plans and customer requirements.
Ensure colour matching, shade consistency, print quality, and fastness standards.
Manage dyes, chemicals, and consumables, ensuring optimum usage and cost control.
Troubleshoot and resolve printing defects and process issues.
Coordinate with R&D, production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and sustainability standards (ZDHC, OEKO-TEX, etc.).
Lead, develop, and manage the printing team to achieve departmental targets.
Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Required Qualification

Graduate / Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

Experience

10-15 years of relevant experience in garments sewing operations (denim and/or woven bottoms, jackets, etc.).
At least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in a large-scale export manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage the complete sewing operations to achieve delivery, quality, & productivity targets.
Ensure efficient line balancing, manpower planning, and capacity utilisation.
Implement and maintain quality standards in line with customer requirements (e.g. Inditex, M&S, etc.).
Drive operational excellence by reducing wastage, rework, and cost.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, audits, and social & safety standards.
Coordinate with IE, planning, PMC, maintenance, and QA teams for smooth workflow.
Develop and lead a high-performing sewing operations team.
Identify areas for process improvement, automation, and skill development.
