Candidates with 2–4 years of relevant transport/fleet management experience and good knowledge of Rawalpindi/Islamabad routes are preferred.

Yummy Ice Cream is looking for a responsible and experienced Transport Supervisor to manage and supervise the company’s transportation operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely vehicle availability, efficient route planning, driver management, and smooth daily transportation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily transport operations.
• Manage and monitor company vehicles and schedules.

• Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain records of vehicles, drivers, fuel, maintenance and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic rules, and safety procedures.
• Handle transportation-related issues and resolve problems promptly.
• Coordinate with relevant departments.
• Prepare regular transport reports.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in transport/fleet management.
• Experience in supervising drivers and managing company vehicles.
• Good knowledge of routes and locations in Lahore.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple transportation activities simultaneously.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.
• Valid driving license will be an advantage.
• Based in Rawalpindi.
