DKT Pakistan is looking for an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as:

Area Sales Manager – Pharma
Location: Karachi

DKT Pakistan is seeking experienced and results-driven sales professionals to lead its pharmaceutical sales operations, strengthen healthcare-provider engagement, expand market coverage, and achieve business targets within assigned territories.

Responsibilities:

Drive primary and secondary sales of assigned pharmaceutical and contraceptive products.
Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Lead, coach, and evaluate the field sales team through regular field visits and performance reviews.
Strengthen engagement with doctors, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other key stakeholders.
Improve prescription generation, retail penetration, product availability, and market visibility.
Coordinate with distributors to manage stock availability, sales performance, returns, and claims.
Organize CMEs, round-table discussions, and awareness activities.
Ensure compliance with DRAP regulations, company policies, and ethical selling standards.

Requirements:

Graduate or Business Graduate; MBA preferred.
4-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably across TSE, TSM, or ASM-level roles.
Experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare-provider engagement, and territory management.
Strong team leadership, field coaching, sales forecasting, and performance-management skills.
Understanding of reproductive health, family planning products, and scientific product detailing.
Ability to interpret sales data, expand retail coverage, and manage distributor performance.
Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and execution skills.
