Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, Media Studies, or a relevant field.

1–3 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, content creation, fashion marketing, or a related field.

Join Our Team! PR & CONTENT CREATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and coordinate with influencers and creators for paid, barter, gifting, and collaborative campaigns.
Handle end-to-end influencer collaborations, including outreach, negotiations, briefs, product coordination, approvals, and follow-ups.
Create engaging organic content for social media, including reels, stories, campaign content, and behind-the-scenes content.
Write creative briefs, captions, campaign messaging, and content guidelines while maintaining the brand’s tone and identity.
Assist during fashion and campaign shoots to ensure PR and content requirements are effectively executed.
Identify relevant PR opportunities, collaborations, events, and brand partnerships to increase brand awareness.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, Media Studies, or a relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, content creation, fashion marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Strong creative writing and content ideation skills.
Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and content planning/scheduling tools is a plus.

Manage and execute the brand’s social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and reels.
Develop organic content ideas aligned with the brand’s identity, campaigns, and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and creative teams to develop digital content.
Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and communication across all digital channels.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, Media Studies, or a relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in social media management, PR, content creation, or fashion marketing.
