We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders, align HR with organizational goals, drive talent, culture and performance agendas. The role demands strong stakeholder management, coaching and business partnering skills, with a data-driven approach to workforce decisions, employee relations, change management and culture initiatives.
Ideal candidates bring 6–8 years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience, strong command over people analytics and workforce planning, and exposure to change management and culture-building initiatives. Artificial Intelligence exposure will be an added advantage.
