Position: Area Sales Manager – Textiles

Education requirement:

B.Sc. Textile Engineer (or equivalent with and additional of 2 years of experience in Textile Industry)

Strong understanding of Textile bleaching, dyeing, printing and finishing.

Location: KARACHI

Year of experience requirement:

3 years of experience in Textile production and sales, with minimum of 1 year in sales.

Job Description:

Responsible for the Sales and Marketing in the region for Textile dyes and chemicals at assigned customers.
New business development at existing and new customers, customer relationship management at assigned customers / region of Textile Industry.
Must have excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate technical teams to resolve the issues with assurance of customer satisfaction.
Understand the Textile Process, products and their functions, customer’s needs and requirements and knowledge of correct product placement in Textile Prcessing Mills.
Ensure the accuracy in Sales FC and Budget Achievement as assigned.
Good knowledge of Textile Dyes and chemicals being used in Textile Processing Mills with new trends in the segment.

Position: Manager Shift – Coordination

Ensures that BBS culture prevails amongst reporting managers and staff through leading by example, to meet business target of zero LTI/RW/MT/OI for employees and contractors. Ensure 100% compliance of all relevant HS&E procedures during issuing PTW so that work is conducted safely.

Complete all assigned actions of HSE Improvement plans, relevant HSE procedures and relevant requirements of other procedures.

Involve all plant A staff in SIT-1 and lead the role of SIT-1 as coordinator /Sub-Team leader so that SIT-1 should remain in the top 3 positions.

Manage Plant operations in a sustainable manner to ensure timely availability of export quality product during the year & reduce ash failure by less than the budgeted target of the total ash produced in shift

Manage plant -A operation in an optimum manner to exceed budgeted target of production.

Maintain close and effective liaison with Ammonia Conservation Team in order to achieve or exceed ABR target for Ammonia Consumption.

Proactively gets feedback and address issues and concerns of non-management staff to prepare for negotiations. Support production / IR Managers in managing all IR related issue within production department.

Ensures that Engagement level of the team should remains at the highest level without compromising the Values of the company.

Maintain revenue target of production department within budget. Continuously striving for reduction of overtime hours of the production department by close coordination with IR department.

Position: Officer Production

Champion BBS culture amongst reporting staff to meet business target of zero LTI/RW/MT/OI for employees and contractors. Ensure 100% compliance of all relevant HS&E procedures during issuing PTW so that work is conducted safely in line with HSE&S guidelines.

Support Plant Manager / Shift Coordinator in completing all assigned actions of HSE improvement plans, safety improvement teams, and relevant HSE procedures.

Manage Plant operations in a sustainable and optimized manner to achieve budgeted targets of production and timely availability of quality product during the year.

Maintain close and effective liaison with Ammonia, Coke, Lime Stone and Salt conservation teams in order to achieve or exceed raw material efficiency targets.

Proactively gets feedback and address issues and concerns of non-management staff. Support Shift coordinator / Plant Manager in managing all IR related issues.

Support Shift coordinator / Plant manager to achieve revenue and overtime targets.

Provide support to the plant manager / shift coordinator in order to achieve highest engagement level of the team.

Participate actively in department safety, quality and other meetings and contribute appropriately as a team player. Carry out training of shift staff to improve their technical abilities in order to operate the plant efficiently.

Position: Senior Officer Maintenance Instruments

Responsibilities:

Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Planning, Inventory management, Plant improvement / Modifications.

Ensure safety compliance, risk assessment and maintain maintenance records.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and liaise with vendors/OEMs.

Hands on experience and troubleshooting skills in DCS, PLC, field instrumentation, control valves and instrumentation systems.

Qualification: DAE or B-tech (Electrical/Electronics Engineering)Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in the relevant field, especially in Chemical or Power Plant

Position: Senior Officer Maintenance Mechanical

Ensure safe, continuous, and reliable operation of mechanical assets within the domain while managing maintenance workflows, work orders, and technical teams in SAP/CMMS.

Proficiently operate SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) to manage asset records, maintenance schedules, and technical reporting.

Lead full-lifecycle work order management in SAP—from processing maintenance notifications and planning required spare parts/materials to assigning labor, releasing orders, and executing Technical Completion (TECO).

Plan, execute, and monitor both scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) strategies and unscheduled Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities across critical rotary and stationary mechanical equipment.

Drive a proactive Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) culture to achieve zero Lost Time Injuries/Cases (LTC/RWC/MC) across internal employees and third-party contractors.

Lead maintenance technicians in diagnosing mechanical equipment failures, carrying out root-cause analysis, and executing timely repairs.

Maintain high mechanical equipment availability targets to guarantee uninterrupted utility support for plant operations.

Monitor and control area revenue expenditures, material issue requests in SAP, and technician overtime to stay within approved budget allocations.

Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing capital modification projects and equipment revamps.
