What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in core Banking, with direct experience in SME or Commercial Assets preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Core Competencies:
Strong sales acumen and hands-on credit risk evaluation capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of SME/Commercial asset products and SBP Prudential Regulations.
Exceptional networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills across the regional commercial market.
