We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Finance Manager to lead the Finance & Accounts Department at our Sugar Mill Site. The incumbent will be responsible for overall financial accounting, mill costing, budgeting, financial reporting, inventory & working capital management, taxation, audit, internal controls, cash-flow management, and management MIS, while providing strategic financial support to Mill Management.

Key Requirements

8–10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in Sugar, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Food Processing or FMCG Industrial sectors.
Proven experience in heading/managing a Finance & Accounts function at a plant/site level.
Strong expertise in manufacturing/process costing, budgeting, financial analysis, inventory, working capital, taxation and audit.

Professional qualification & Experience:

CA / ACCA / ACMA
Experience in a PSX-listed company will be considered a strong plus.
Strong command of MS Excel, ERP systems and digital finance platforms.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or other advanced Finance-based ERP systems is essential.
Exposure to latest AI-enabled finance technologies, automation, digital reporting, AI-driven analytics and Finance ERP transformation will be highly preferred.
Experience with ERP-based financial controls, MIS dashboards and automated financial reporting, Power BI will be an advantage.
Strong leadership, analytical, commercial, communication and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, particularly during the sugar crushing season.
