We’re looking for a Deputy Manager IE (Industrial Engineer) to lead Industrial Engineering operations, drive productivity and efficiency improvements, optimize manpower capacity and implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives through strong cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Industrial Engineering activities across production operations
- Conduct time studies, SMV, cycle time, line balancing and capacity analysis
- Plan and optimize manpower utilization based on production targets
- Monitor efficiency, productivity, OEE and identify production bottlenecks
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Planning, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams
- Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly and monthly IE reports
- Support process improvements, new product development and production line setup
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience on Deputy Manager position
- Strong knowledge of IE tools, Time Study, Motion Study, SMV and Line Balancing
- Hands-on experience in Capacity and Manpower Planning
- 6–8 years of relevant IE experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, MS Excel and reporting skills
- Excellent communication, leadership and team-management abilities
