Pakistan Machine Tool Factory (PMTF) is looking for a Management Trainee Officer – Human Resources to join our team in Karachi.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (BBA), or relevant discipline.
Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administration.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Assist with payroll operations, including attendance, leaves, and overtime data.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and provide support in routine HR matters.
Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of HR experience are encouraged to apply.
