JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Extract and prepare clearing and settlement reports for member banks, including Net-Off reporting to the State Bank of Pakistan.
- Monitor 1SS and DB switch numbers daily to support NETOFF processing and manage multiple same-day settlement cycles for member banks through SBP RTGS.
- Import IPS files and share POS reports and all relevant reports with member banks in a timely manner.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports covering Open API, Tokenization, and other assigned reporting areas.
- Prepare daily reconciliation files, identify and escalate discrepancies to relevant teams, and resolve reconciliation disputes with member banks.
- Validate late reversals and exceptions and prepare debit authorities for the SRDU team accordingly.
- Perform UAT for new system developments and enhancements.
- Monitor incoming emails and ensure timely responses.
