We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented candidate who will play a pivotal role in fostering a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible workplace while ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements and international management system standards. The role includes conducting comprehensive risk assessments, workplace safety audits, and incident investigations, while identifying root causes and driving effective corrective and preventive actions to mitigate future risks and will lead fire safety initiatives, emergency preparedness programs, and evacuation drills to ensure organizational readiness for emergencies. Additionally, the role requires planning and delivering HSE training programs, awareness campaigns, and toolbox talks to strengthen employee engagement and cultivate a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences or relevant field
Requirements:
- 6 year(s) of relevant HSE experience ,preferably in an automotive
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of fire safety, EHS compliance and Contractor HSE management
- Excellent communication, audit, and incident investigation skills
