DESIGNATION: TERRITORY MANAGER (RETAIL DEVELOPMENT-NORTH)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- MBA or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university
- 3–4 years of experience in retail development within the oil marketing sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and acquire high-potential locations for new retail fuel stations.
- Conduct market surveys and site feasibility assessments.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective retail sites.
- Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, dealers, and investors.
- Negotiate land lease, purchase, and dealership agreements.
- Achieve assigned retail site acquisition and expansion targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely site development and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with OGRA regulations and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on site acquisition progress and territory development.
