REQUIREMENTS
- Education: LL.B. from a recognized university. LL.M., Bar-at-Law, or another relevant professional legal qualification will be considered an advantage.
- Experience: 10–12 years of post-qualification legal experience.

JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to business units and support functions.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, technology, service, confidentiality, and partnership contracts.
- Provide legal support for new products, business initiatives, strategic projects, and partnerships.
- Advise management on legal and regulatory matters relating to business operations, payment systems, financial services, and technology.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments to ensure ongoing organizational compliance.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, briefs, and recommendations on complex legal and regulatory issues.
- Support corporate governance, regulatory engagement, and statutory compliance activities.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, fintechs, technology partners, regulators, and service providers.
- Manage legal disputes, litigation, arbitration, and external legal counsel while mitigating legal risks.
- Support the Head of Strategy & Legal Affairs in implementing legal strategy, governance frameworks, and other strategic initiatives.
