Eligibility
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychiatry and learning disabilities.
- Certification in ABA, IBT (BCBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience with children with ASD.
Job Description
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
- Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Work 1:1 with children to achieve developmental goals.
- Track progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work with SEN to make goals according to child need.
