HEAD OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology / Master’s degree preferred | 15+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology. At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Manager/Head level or above).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy while driving digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end SAP ERP implementation/migration, including planning, customization, deployment, and post-Go-Live support.
- Oversee SAP modules, customized reports, workflows, integrations, and enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize processes and integrate technology across retail, manufacturing, warehouse, eCommerce, and third-party systems.
- Manage enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, disaster recovery, IT governance, and vendor relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing IT teams while overseeing technology budgets and strategic projects.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end SAP ERP implementation/migration (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
- Expertise in SAP customization, enterprise systems, BI reporting, and integrations.
- Retail, apparel, textile, manufacturing, or FMCG experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
