Organization: Pinnacle Fiber Pvt Ltd
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Import & Export to join our Head Office team. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of import and export operations, ensuring smooth customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and timely shipment
coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all import and export documentation including LC, bill of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents for timely clearances
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations (SROs, FBR, WEBOC)
- Liaise with banks for LC negotiation, document submission, and payment follow-ups
- Monitor shipment status and resolve discrepancies in shipping documents
- Maintain trade data, generate reports, and support audit requirements
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and warehouse teams for seamless operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in import/export operations in Pakistan
- Strong knowledge of WEBOC, customs tariffs, SROs, and trade policies
- Experience with letter of credit (LC) and banking procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
