We are looking for a dedicated professional with strong technical expertise in HVAC systems and chillers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of our hospital’s HVAC infrastructure.

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚:
- Diploma in HVAC / Air Conditioning & Refrigeration from a recognized institute (Mandatory).
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant HVAC maintenance experience in a hospital, commercial, or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of chillers.
- Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively during emergencies.
- Experience in a healthcare facility will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all lift and elevator systems across the hospital. 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚:
• Diploma in Lift Technology / Lift & Escalator Engineering / Elevator Engineering from a recognized institute (Mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in lift installation, maintenance, and repair in a hospital, commercial, or high-rise building.
• Strong knowledge of lift systems, including mechanical, electrical, electronic, and safety components.
• Familiarity with lift control panels, VVVF drives, sensors, door systems, and safety devices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, technical manuals, and circuit diagrams.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Lift Technician Certification (if any) will be preferred.
• Ability to work independently, respond effectively to emergency breakdowns, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
