We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Officer -IT Support – for our stores in Karachi.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
-3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT support roles.
-Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software applications.
-Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
