📍 Location: Lahore
Sindbad’s Wonderland is looking for a confident and energetic Female Junior Manager – Customer Experience to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer handling expertise, and experience in activation management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise customer activation activities
- Prepare and share daily sales reports with the Manager
- Handle inventory management and stock coordination
- Ensure smooth customer handling and maintain service excellence
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled student) in Marketing, Arts, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in activation handling or customer engagement activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good reporting and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office will be preferred
