Who are we looking for?
Master’s degree with specialization in Marketing, Branding or Strategic Communication

• 2–4 years of professional experience in:
• Social Media Management
• Digital Marketing
• Content Strategy
• Community Management

Communication & Branding Strategy & Plans

• Plan & Develop Marketing, Branding & CSR Campaigns
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
• In-depth knowledge of social platforms
• Monitor trends and recommend innovative content ideas
• Analyze audience data to create relevant FAQs and engagement strategies
• Closely monitor the competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities

Implementation of Communication & Branding Plans

• Manage and grow the brand’s presence across all social platforms
• Create, oversee, and publish high-quality, engaging content consistently
• Increase audience engagement and strengthen online community interactions
• Manager Social Media Calendar and Community management to maintain strong audience relationships
• Support third-party integrations where required

Monitoring & Budgeting

• Track performance metrics & optimize content using data insights
• Present regular performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Closely work with the Digital team to plan and execute paid campaigns
• Monitor ROI and effectiveness of organic and paid campaigns

Corporate Advertising & Event Management

• Support promotion of corporate campaigns, CSR initiatives, and events on digital platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams & external partners for campaign amplification
• Manage digital coverage of corporate events and activities
• Enhance visibility of institutional initiatives through targeted social campaigns

Key Skills:

• Strong expertise in social media strategy, campaign planning and audience targeting
• Proven ability to create, manage, and optimize engaging digital content across multiple platforms
• Proficiency in managing Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok, along with relevant management tools
• Experience in performance tracking, analytics, and data-driven optimization
• Hands-on knowledge of paid social media campaigns, budget management, and lead generation
• Excellent community management, online reputation handling, and crisis communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors for integrated campaigns
