Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential franchise partners.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle and outreach activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual franchise acquisition targets.
- Monitor royalty payments from all franchise schools as per agreement.
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up for royalty payments.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote franchise opportunities.
- Represent the brand at franchise expos and industry events.
- Strengthen brand positioning in target territories.
- Generate qualified franchise leads via digital and offline channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or education marketing.
