Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. (NED University of Engineering & Technology graduates preferred).
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of industrial equipment, maintenance, and engineering systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineering and maintenance teams in daily operational activities.
- Support monitoring and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems across production and utility areas.
- Participate in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and improvement initiatives.
- Assist in analyzing equipment performance and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and operational documentation.
- Support implementation of safety standards and engineering best practices.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to different engineering functions.
