WE ARE HIRING Stitching Manager
Job Responsibilities & Skills:
- Maintain and supervise the production process.
- Execute stitching plans as per the approved timelines.
- Ensure the maximum utilization of sewing groups to comply with targets.
- Draft the reports daily based on the plan executed.
- Ensure the quality of stitching as per the sample and company standards.
- Ensure the machine’s efficiency by implementing a periodic machine maintenance plan.
- Ensure product movement towards the finishing department.
- Responsible for the Pre and post-production handovers.
- Must have experience to deal with stitching contractors.
- Have well versed expertise regarding end to end stitching process.
- Make a time and action plan according to the fabric in-house dates & availability of product and packaging accessories.
- Qualification: Bachelors in relevant field
- Experience: 4 to 5 Years Experience in same capacity
