WE’RE HIRING DATA ANALYST
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our retail team and support data-driven decision-making across our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and reporting, with a strong understanding of retail KPIs and business insights.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE: 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the retail or consumer industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operating dashboards for sales, inventory, supply chain, and overall performance tracking.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Monitor retail KPIs such as sales performance, sell-through, stock aging, and margins.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc analytical reports for management review.
- Support forecasting, planning, and performance analysis initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Strong command of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Good understanding of SQL and data querying.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Retail industry knowledge will be a strong advantage.
