Diamond Fabrics Limited (DFL), one of Pakistan’s leading textile groups, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Finance (Payables) to lead and strengthen our corporate finance operations. If you have extensive experience in accounts payable within a large-scale textile manufacturing setup this is the perfect opportunity for you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the complete accounts payable cycle
· Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payment vouchers & expense claims
· Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets
· Drive process improvements and automation for efficiency
· Resolve vendor disputes and manage professional relationships
· Respond promptly to stakeholder queries
· Prepare aging reports, cash flow projections & vendor performance analytics
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
· Support month-end, period-end & year-end closings
· Manage withholding tax certificates and challans
· Reconcile and record all tax payments accurately
· Coordinate with external auditors during audits
· Lead, mentor & develop the payables team
🔹 Qualifications & Experience
· CA Finalist or ACCA (Member)
· 10–12 years of progressive experience in Accounts/Finance (Textile manufacturing preferred)
· Strong command over payables management, tax compliance & financial controls
· ERP expertise (SAP S/4HANA preferred) + Advanced MS Excel skills
