Position : Assistant Manager Learning and People Development
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- The Designs, implements, and monitors training programs, professional development plans, and yearly training calendars aligned with organizational goals.
- Manages the career leadership system, talent pool feedback, and professional growth plans for managerial staff.
- Tracks training effectiveness through data analytics, prepares monthly reports, manages departmental trainers, and ensures training resource availability.
- Oversees the complete onboarding process and evaluates new hires on 30-60-90-day timelines with input from respective department heads.
QUALIFICATION Masters Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
EXPERIENCE Candidates with 5+ years of hospitality experience will be preferred.
